From customer feedback to business intelligence.
Explovox turns individual customer messages into a clear management view of what needs attention, what customers value, and what is emerging.
Customer feedback comes in
Feedback enters Explovox from the channels you already use: a dedicated email mailbox, public Google, TripAdvisor, Airbnb, or OpenTable review pages, and a branded capture form you can share as a link or QR code.
Explovox separates individual observations
A single message often contains several subjects. Explovox does not collapse everything into one sentiment score. It identifies each distinct complaint, compliment, suggestion and experience inside the message.
Themes are identified
Related observations are organised into business themes — response time, billing, staff service, delivery, product quality and the other topics that matter to your organisation. You can let Explovox discover top-level themes, or define your own.
Importance is assessed
Not every mention deserves the same attention. Explovox considers severity, urgency, business impact, customer effort, frequency and trend so serious issues can outrank mild but frequent remarks.
Exceptions stay exceptions
When the customer experience differs by location, day, or another condition in the feedback, that exception is called out separately. The overall picture stays intact — a Thursday problem does not rewrite the rest of the week.
Patterns are tracked
Observations are combined across customers and over time. That is how recurring problems, improving areas, emerging strengths and new requests become visible.
Silence is interpreted carefully
When customers stop talking about a former problem, that often means it was resolved. When they stop praising a former strength, that strength may be at risk. Explovox surfaces both — and does not treat a drop in overall volume as proof that everything is fine.
Management intelligence is produced
Priorities, strengths, mixed signals, opportunities, notable changes and trends are presented in a management view designed for decision-making — not inbox triage. Summaries can also be emailed on a schedule your team actually uses.
Evidence remains available
Every insight can be traced back to the customer feedback that produced it. Move from executive summary to representative quotes whenever you need context.
