Explovox analyzes customer feedback on behalf of businesses that use the platform. We take the handling of that information seriously.

What we process

Account information you provide (such as name, company and email), and customer feedback content that your organisation connects to Explovox — for example messages from a feedback mailbox, public review text, or submissions on a capture form.

How we use it

To operate the service, produce feedback intelligence for your organisation, communicate with you about your account, and improve reliability and security. Feedback text may be sent to language-model providers solely to generate analysis for your tenant.

Retention

Full email bodies used for analysis are temporary working copies and are removed from Explovox after analysis reaches a terminal state. Original emails remain in your mailbox. Review and form sources do not have a mailbox original. Metadata and evidence quotes needed for insights may be retained according to your workspace settings and applicable law.
